This beautiful home on Siesta Key received a full exterior and interior repaint. We also pressure washed sanded and sealed the pavers.

We only use the best coatings on all of our projects. On this job we used our go to exterior coatings.

We always roll on 1 coat of Micro Tite Chalk Bonder clear masonry sealer before we repaint any project. This seals the surface so that the top coat has a fresh surface to adhere to. Then we use Emerald RainRefresh Exterior Satin Top Coat! as always we Spay the soffits, facia, doors and gutters. Then we roll the body of the house and the trim!

What a beautiful day to spray some garage doors just before Christmas. Santa would be proud! 🎅🍻 As always, we use the best exterior coatings. We sprayed 2 coats of Emerald Rain Refresh Exterior Acrylic Latex.

Here is a recent exterior we completed. Our favorite repaints are the color changes. When the customer picks a whole new color scheme so that you can see the true difference after the project is completed. 🤩

Small drywall repairs are very common in the painting industry. We run into small drywall repairs very often on our painting projects.

On this project We repaired two large holes and retextured 3 other areas that were already repaired before we started the project.

Make sure to always prime those areas before top coating!
