Do to some certain sacrum stances with a customer and her neighbor they screwed up the trying to be decent and helping people with charging at a lower expense to help you out on labor and costs prices are now going up. If you have a neighbor that's going to be coming over trying to supervise don't call us.
Charged a lady 5 to 7000 grand less than anyone would have touched this job for.
In the process the neighbor who was only supposed advise on things after I told the costumer I can't have him on the job sight do to insurance purposes and she refused to tell him and wouldn't allow me to there are going to be new guidelines that will be put in my contracts.
I'm apologize for any inconvenience to you ladys and gentlemen. One person messes it up for everyone. I will not tolerate crap from belligerent neighbors or verbal abuse from them or a customer.
Our goal is to satisfy consumers not neighbors that job sight was going good other then the neighbor blowing up my phone my wife's phone and the person I had helping me out girlfriends phone at all hours from 1-2 am on up to 4 am calling texting shooting his mouth. It will absolutely not be tolerated ever again.
Again ladies and gentlemen I apologize for the inconvenience.

In light of all the trash talk on Sr. Contracting by 1 individual I would like to say we are still going strong and I refuse to let someone's who got butt hurt working for me to bring this ship down we are a family business not a silver spoon and investor business I built what I have with my own money and time and care for people. Professionalism is what we are about we enjoy our costumers and we enjoy making them feel like family make a few laughs and a smile on their face when our work is done. We do landscaping lawn care and other odds and ends no jobs to big or two small.
