C&W Fence and Decks is looking for a Crew Member to join our crew! We are a small, locally owned company based in Brandon, Mississippi, serving central Mississippi.

Crew Member - General Laborer

Responsibilities:
• Assist in building fences and decks
• Lift and carry heavy materials
• Dig holes and set posts
• Use hand tools and operate small equipment
• Support the crew as needed

Requirements:
• Must be reliable and show up on time
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• General construction experience preferred (but not required – we will train)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work

Compensation:
• Hourly pay based on experience
