While Tara stays busy with her family, work and projects, I (Linda) love to share my home decor and pets here and on Instagram. some vintage, some new, fabulous farmhouse finds!

I couldn't let the day go by without posting my kitties. Maybe by next year they will occupy the same space at the same time on occasion. For now, the spot on the stairs is a favorite for each of them. Kitty Gurl had to check out mama's wheels, Purdy really enjoys my kitchen counter. Today is 7 weeks and there hasn't been much improvement, KG still blocks Purdy's access, and rushes at him screaming frequently. Purdy quietly accepts her behavior. I think even though he spends some time each day on guard, I think he is happy inside. Mostly safe, very well loved by us, and exceptionally well fed.

My tiniest creamer and my newest piebird, I think they are pretty cute together. We're still going with easy, peasy this week. My mama is feeling better and getting stronger every day. But she is a long way from back to where she was just 3 wks ago. It is almost unbelievable. I have to say, be careful out there. This was a simple upper respiratory virus/infection that depleted her resources. Weeks of coughing and sleeplessness took a toll. Wash those hands, take your vitamins. We are using Lysol wipes, hand sanitizer, and using masks in busy spaces. Please stay well friends🧡

It's and Purdy is exploring my downstairs more each day. IF Kitty Gurl doesn't block his access. And she tries too, he is very zen. When she charges him or shrieks at him he stays calm, his ears may flatten slightly, and we have seen him raise a paw when he is backed into a corner. But she's the aggressor. This past Thursday was 6 wks, so I'm not worried. Progress IS being made, but they're not besties yet.

WooHoo, I did it! I SO wanted to participate in this challenge y'all, the perfect spooky challenge for the season. Featuring my newest collection. I had to dismantle my bathroom shelves to arrange it, and I did a little scavenging out in the yard too. But what fun! These things really do spark my creativity.

Just a little peak at my table. I was so drawn to this salvage piece when Robin Robin Hollingsworth first offered it for sale. But I held off. Then after her next sale I went back to see if it had ever sold. I couldn't find the post, so I asked her about it. When you think you've missed something you find out if you really wanted it. I did. We know I don't hesitate often, I only did on this one because of the size. It was a BIG box, totally worth it. Absolutely no regrets.

I have a creamer y'all!!! She's a little cutie from Hayden Hayden and perfect for a meeting of the gang. I was extremely lazy and popped it into the shelfie I shared a week or two ago. That's all I've got folks. Period. That's a family joke.

Happy Tuesday y'all, I'm sharing my salvage yard birdcage with Susan Susan Coombes for . This $5 bargain find is filled with a lace bundle I received last week from Patti Patti-rememberyesterdayantique I had every intention of topping this with a fall floral of some kind but the week has gotten away from me. It's pretty anyway, right?

Happy y'all. We ARE a strict "no cats on the counters" family. But we're also a "let the new guy settle in" home, SO for now the rules have been relaxed. I am happy to say the skirmishes have been fewer the last 3 days. Not so happy to share my Lysol wipes container on the counter. It's still out, and they're still being used I am off to Vintage Market days of Tampa with Tara this morning. Twice a year, inside and our favorite local event. Wonder what I'll find......
