Kain Stevens is the owner and lead contractor of Kain Masonry Contractors, LLC, a company known for its craftsmanship in custom brick and stonework as well as historic restoration projects. A graduate of Brandon High School, Kain grew up immersed in the masonry trade, learning the craft from his father, a seasoned mason since 1972.

Starting his business at just 21 years old was Kain’s biggest professional hurdle—transitioning from tradesman to entrepreneur meant mastering everything from client service to marketing and team leadership. Through hard work and dedication, he built a company grounded in quality, trust, and a deep respect for the art of masonry.

Kain’s proudest professional achievement is the ability to bring clients' visions to life with precision and detail, often earning future work through word-of-mouth referrals. His passion lies in creating enduring structures that blend craftsmanship with character, especially in historic restorations where preserving the past is a true art form.

In addition to running his business, Kain is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, where he supports efforts to maintain and restore historically significant architecture.

Outside of work, Kain enjoys restoring vintage motorcycles, hiking, home improvement projects, traveling, and gardening. These hobbies reflect his hands-on approach and love for creating and restoring beauty in all forms.

The best advice Kain ever received—“The most rewarding investment you make is in yourself”—continues to guide his path. Inspired by his father’s legacy and work ethic, Kain is committed to preserving the timeless tradition of masonry, one project at a time.
