We like lighting small homes and gardens. There was an atrociously bright street lantern, but this project turned out nice. I used Emery Allen lamps and Lumien D1-B1 fixtures .

Second Irrigation and Lighting and Florida Coastal Outdoor lighting believe in never being just an installation company. We first are a design/collaborate and then build it and this where this post comes in maintain.
Maintenance either keeps you engaged with the client or gets you onto their property and can lead to very beneficial relationship.
I installed this job many years ago and have maintained and added for years.
I received a call when in Oklahoma that Duke Energy is removing both live oaks. So this means being proactive on my part and removing the entire 42 fixtures in the front yard. I'll clean and wrapped into shop towels and they will go into containers and be stored until the trees are gone and landscape is replaced. The good thing now is I can design it properly as before I was going off book reading and stalking other Lighting jobs at night.
So we never set a light into the ground or tree without an agreement that we are coming back to take care of your investment. These are all Lumien Drop ins and yes I used area lights as I hadn't comprehended the magical and natural lighting of down lighting. Keep up with your relationships with your clients/customers. A great feeling is when they say I have a guy and that's you.
Remember light it right!

Went from Christmas lights right into some big irrigation repairs. Story on this is it is a 10 acre property in Carrollwood and the hackery and Tom foolery is all over the place. I did my thing and it is correct and done.

When you retro fit this property with MP rotators, but the majority of heads were 4 inch and you had coverage. The client texts you and says hey we aren't in town " part time residents" and we had new St. Augustine put in but it's in bad shape. I get there and find heads 2 or more inches under turf laid right over the top. No worries it was fixed but the turf is questionable in recovering. So call us before you put turf in.
We will flag it properly and any coverage issues are addressed then .
Then we can return after the installation and check everything out and help with programming and scheduling.
