6-10-26 Repeat customer called us back for a cpl small pads. 4" standard slab with wire and thickend edges start around $6 a SQ ft (Depending on size)

Got the columns pumped and rebar tied in on Maddox Construction river job! Now we are pushing forward and starting another house foundation for them! We are thankful for the opportunity and the continued work!

Alright guys, we finished up another project for Maddox Construction on the Suwannee river! This is a monolithic slab with column pads and #5 rebar mats in each pad. It was compacted and termite treated soil with concrete wire for reinforcement and 3000 psi concrete. Once the block is laid for the columns, we will come back and pump the columns full of concrete as well. We thank all of our customers and Maddox Construction for the continued support and work. This is a driveway extension that we completed a few weeks back. It was located in cheifland, around the clay landing area right on the Suwannee river! The project consisted of 3 separate areas that we poured all at once. The 2 main bends coming off his existing concrete. Then a small sidewalk and pad in front of his work shop. The customer is very pleased as always!

When there is a hard to reach area and don't want to pay $900 to rent a pump. We use a Georgia buggy to get the concrete in the hard to reach areas. Cheaper on the homeowner makes everyone happy! Check out ladds rentals out of bell Florida, they have a nice selection of equipment to rent.

Busted out this kitchen floor inside of a very nice air B&B located in rock bluff on the Suwannee river last week. Prepped it, had it termite sprayed by Noling pest control, and poured it back today. Turned out amazing as always! Call North Florida Concrete for anything that has to do with concrete. We can get it done!
