This big Beautiful apple tree has been soo productive over the years. Despite, being beating by storms, and cattle and crazy weather.. and this year the Fire Blight had really smacked it down. Just look at all the dead leaves on her.. it makes me so sad.. so I started tearing off the diseased leaves, handfull after handful.. and you know what I found. Once I tore off the dead blackened leaves left behind by the blight, she was sending out fresh branches.. so like a mad person im ripping off these seemingly charred remaining off and I see flowers!!! I just had to take off what had been sufficating and choking out the light from shining through to see she still had something wonderful to share. And I thought to myself, Wow. Just wow...
