We are an authorized dealer for multiple manufactures so there is no middleman markup. We have factory direct pricing. All build crews are dispatched out of Western Oregon or Eastern Washington A small nonrefundable down payment is required to get on the schedule and balance is due on delivery (Special Orders 50% upfront).

We offer 3 roof styles.
(1) Round Roof is our standard style horizontal roof. The metal drains front to back.
(2) A-frame horizontal. This style looks like a traditional roof and the metal drains from front to back, as well.
(3) A-frame Vertical roof style drains top to bottom and is better suited for areas with much snow fall or debris from trees, etc. This is our most popular style and is recommended for larger or taller projects.
The frame is made from galvanized square tube in standard 14 gauge. We also offer 12 gauge, which is approximately 30% stronger. The sheet metal is 29-gauge powder coated steel with a 20 year warranty; low maintenance and is no need to paint. We have a great selection of colors. Two color choices are standard; one for sheet metal and one for trim.

Our standard sizes start at 12’ x 20’ with 6’ legs and can go up to a 30’ x 50’ with 12’ legs. We also offier our 3 bay barn style up to 58' wide! We can enclose, add roll up doors up to 10’ x 10’, man doors, windows, sky panels and v***r barrier to prevent condensation. Standard rebar anchors are included. We also offer optional mobile home augers and concrete anchors.

Special order options: legs up to 18’, commercial door sizes up to 16’ x 16’ and lengths to accommodate your needs. We also offer free standing lean-tos.

No permit is required for us to build as they are considered temporary structures. Whether your county will have an issue; that would be a question for them. It is the customer's responsibility to know if one is needed and do all the leg work in acquiring them. If your county does require one, we would need to price out a certified engineered building.

Site prep is customers responsibility and is very important for a quality install. Ground needs to be leveled and squared. Our crews need 2’ of work around space and no utility lines within 10’. All underground utilities need to be marked. We do not offer site visits prior to install. If you have a tricky space or are unsure, please provide site photos and measurements to help us guide you through the process. We can build over existing structures like RVs or tanks for an additional fee.
