At Seraview, that vision became a Mediterranean Modern Farmhouse shaped around a pool, blending open spaces for gathering with quiet corners for retreat.

Low-maintenance plantings, year-round color, and a greenhouse for homegrown food made it truly theirs.

At Seraview, the vision extended beyond walls and windows. From the hickory floors and soft interior tones to the gardens, greenhouse, and outdoor living spaces that mirror them, every finish, furnishing, and planting was chosen to create harmony.

Working hand in hand with Noble Architects, LLC , Sarah Ashley Rohe , and Forte Building Group, our goal at BFT Land Design was simple: make the home feel as cohesive outside as it does within.

Vision meets ex*****on. Hear directly from one of the minds who shaped this project, the contractor who brought structure and detail to life.

Seraviewbegan with two words: Mediterranean Farmhouse. From there, the challenge was creating connected yet distinct outdoor spaces, flowing naturally between the main home, guesthouse, pool, and garden.

Every line and material choice mattered. Subtly pitched gables, stained timber beams, and sleek lighting turned simple details into standouts.
