Don’t leave this one thing out of your decor….

Flowers 🌺

I’m telling you… you can have the prettiest room, the perfect pillows, the right rug…
and it will still feel like something’s missing.

Add flowers?

Everything changes.

It feels alive.
Finished.
Like someone actually lives there (in the best way).

And no… you don’t need a special occasion.
Honestly, that’s the whole point.

I know you’re probably thinking “ Lori, that’s a w**d!”

I once heard that every flower started as a w**d until it had a name & I see something similar to this “w**d” at Trader Joe’s all the time.

When they’re free and beautiful, I’m absolutely taking advantage. 🌿

Wow, it’s been just over a year that we packed up & moved. 😳

When we moved to Nashville, I had no idea how much starting over would stretch me. I left behind my clients, my comfort zone, and my identity as a “local designer.”

But Nashville has this magic — it’s full of people who are creating new chapters. I realized I wasn’t starting from scratch, I was starting with experience.

Now, I’m slowly rebuilding my design skills here with more heart, more purpose, and a whole lot of prayer 🙏 . Stick around — there’s a creative storm brewing, and even I’m not sure where it’ll lead (but I know it’s going to be good).

Here’s to starting over — and blooming right where you’re planted. 🌿🤍

Your room isn’t unfinished because you’re lazy. It’s unfinished because you’re overwhelmed.

Let’s just say.: designing a space you actually love is harder than Instagram makes it look. So if your living room feels almost done, but still off – this is your permission to stop blaming yourself. Here’s the truth I’ve learned after 15 years of design and dozens of calls with overwhelmed women:
⭐️ it’s not that you don’t have good taste.
🌟 it’s that no one ever taught you how to decorate.

And THAT is what I help with- weather styling family home, second home, or vacation rental.
