Odd shape. Tight layout. A lot of constraints.

We turned this garage and carriage house into a fully functional ADU in Montgomery County, MD by reworking the layout, maximizing space, and making every square foot count.

Definitely a very challenging transformation, but as the end result shows — it was completely worth it.
