Wellington Gardens is a family business nestled at the end of a country road in Brentwood, New Hampshire. We welcome you to stroll through our five greenhouses showcasing thousands of varieties of annuals and our perennial area teaming with hardy, healthy plants. Our plants are 100% grown on site giving you confidence you are purchasing locally grown, hardy, healthy plants ready to thrive in your garden. Don't be concerned, we disconnect our phone during the off-season. We'll see you in April!

Today's Feature Perennial: Swamp Milkweed
The monarch butterflies are coming! Monarchs need milkweed to feed their caterpillars. Milkweed is a great pollinator for all insects and butterflies and essential for the life cycle of the monarch. Plant in sun or part shade. Easy to grow!

Feature Perennial: Yarrow.
I love yarrow for it's vibrant colors in summer. It is an excellent cut flower and butterflies absolutely love it. Yarrow is so easy to grow. Very hardy and drought tolerant. Plant in full or mostly sun. Do you have a difficult area because it's hot and dry? Yarrow is the perfect choice.

Today's Feature Perennial: Coreopsis
Coreopsis is a wonderful, drought tolerant, long blooming perennial for sun. Butterflies and pollinators love it. A nice cut flower as well. Varieties are a range of colors and bicolors. A great addition to the summer garden!

SHASTA DAISY
Shasta daily is the classic white with yellow center. However, there are so many beautiful and interesting variations on this classic. They can be white or yellow. Single petals or frilly. My personal favorite, Banana cream. It starts yellow and fades to white so it looks like 2 colors on one plant!
