Mowing, trimming, pruning, raking and blowing leaves required
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
May operate power tools
Must be able to perform additional job as duties as needed and assigned
Must be able to maintain a professional communication with co-workers

Job requirements
-oversees 4 plus crews performing landscape maintenance to include mowing, trimming, w**d control,
-oversees a spray tech(s) to manage turf applications on responsible properties
-oversees an irrigation tech(s) to manage and repair irrigation issues on their properties
-is accountable for the overall landscape condition of their responsible properties
-works hand in hand with an account manager on the same properties
-answers directly to the Maintenance Division Manger
-3 plus years as an operations manager in the landscape market
-fluent in Spanish preferred

Base salary starting at $45k and more depending on experience

-free health and life insurance, elective dental, vision, 401k w match up to 5%,

-eligible for bonuses

This past Friday we walked phase 1 of the 602 Taylor project we completed in 2020.

This project incorporated a lot of sharp details such as stabilized granite, cor ten steel planters and tree grates.

One of our favorite details of the project are the gravure cylinders set along the walkways. An ode to the historic Werthan Bag Company.
