Funny how plans change. We are finishing the 10th street house. It is now a 4 bedroom 3 bath with a spacious living room, eat-in kitchen, main floor laundry and mud room, first floor master suite, new decks, retro-foam icenyne insulation in all roof decks, vaulted ceilings throughout 2nd floor, and a huge bonus room in the finished basement. All new plumbing, wiring, structure, drywall, paint, fixtures, partial new roof, etc. It is literally a brand new house. Should be on the market by the end of November in the 135-140K range. Our latest house is on the market and ready for you! Almost a full year of rehab, including heavy structural work, went in to making this home perfect. EVERYTHING is new - even all the interior wall studs, and some of the exterior! All the appliances come with, and all warranties on all the new stuff are waiting to be filled out by the new homeowner. From the roof to painting the basement, we had to do everything on this one - but it was worth it.
