It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Richard Gregg, a beloved member of the Eastern Shore family.
Since joining Eastern Shore Heating & Air Conditioning in 2012, Richie was so much more than an employee, he was family. A familiar face, a trusted teammate, and a friend to many, his dedication, loyalty, and strong work ethic helped shape our company's culture and left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him.
Richie could always be counted on to lend a hand, share his knowledge, and support his coworkers. He took pride in his work and in being part of the Eastern Shore family, bringing not just expertise and professionalism, but friendship, laughter, and a sense of unity that will be deeply missed.
The loss of Richie leaves a void that cannot be filled. While we mourn his passing, we're grateful for the time we shared with him and for the countless ways he touched the lives of those around him.
