Finished up ground level deck, full PVC Wolf Serenity deck boards, full PVC trim out, did some riser acent lighting, and a new outdoor shower enclosure with roof, bench, shelves. Also tied gutter into a new yard drain so the water doesn't go under the deck anymore. Yard drain will eliminate water on side of house and if too much fills the yard drain the over flow can go to street.

I am posting a before and after pic of recent project. Removed old trex composite deck and replaced with new everything....

I am posting a before and after pic of recent project. Removed old trex composite deck and replaced with new everything. Decking is Wolf Serenity full PVC. This is the actual forever decking. Wolf offers a five year full replacement warranty when using a certified contractor along with a limited lifetime warranty on their deck boards. Composite are usually warranty or said to last 15 to 25 years depending on brand. PVC is 50 plus years. PVC never gets hot enough to burn your feet.

Rained the past couple days so we were going to go start a inside project, but a customer called me and said she had water in the closet by the front door of her house. On Sunday I went and took a look when I saw the sheetrock that fell was wet and covered with black mold I quickly close closet door and said we would be there the next morning. We demoed closet, cleaned and treated the mold, and sealed the inside of the walls with a mold sealer. We then found 3 inch 90 in the main drain line to upstate bathroom. We had to remove toilet to me able repair the fitting and found the fl**ge was never secured to floor. We installed new toilet fl**ge and secured to floor properly, replaced bad part of drain line. We then tested the repaired pipe it did not leak anymore so we sheetrocked, finished, sanded, primed, and painted closet, we then made a new shelf and installed cloth rod. We also built a shoe shelf and installed in closet. Then we install some new base trim and cleaned up.

Pics of recent deck project. Decking is wolf Serenity color is silver teak. Deck is pretty low to the ground and homeowners wanted to keep the deck open. So we did longer step on the open side and small sections of railings down yard steps and 4 ft. Railing section on either side.

Homeowners asked if we could fix their water issues, basement had water issues, water pooled up in yard around previous deck, between driveway and old steps. Water also pooled up down the side of the house. After we investigated ta little I found the sump pump in the basement was improperly set. The sump basin wasn't dee0 enough so water came about 1 inch away from the top of the basement floor before sump ran. Anyway when the sump is set far enough down it keeps the water about 10 inches from the bottle of the basement floor giving water a place to go when it rains.. because the water was so high rain water had no place to go but seep through the walls of the basements. We cut concrete and dug out for a new sump basin. Then for the aide yard we did a yard drain. We tied the gutters and sump pump into the yard drain. The gutters we hard piped 10 ft. Away from the house then changed to corrugated pipe we installed commercials grade landscape fabric and installed roughly 8 inches of clean stone under corrugated pipe and 4 inches on top. Then we wrapped the stone with the cloth so dirt can not wash into stone. We set 3 yard drain basins where we tied gutters and sump into. The basin closest to the rd. We ran a final pipe under the sidewalk to the street so if ever the water fills up everything it can still get to the street. We also ran a drain for between pavers and driveway and tied it into the yard drain. We then re graded yard adding about 2 or 3 inches of dirt in areas to get rid of puddles but also to stop excess water from draining into neighbors yard. Then we put out new grass seed and straw mesh over the seed. It rained yesterday in the morning quite hard and no water came into basements, side yard had no puddles, and drainage system worked like intended.

Finished up deck project. Deck boards are Wolf Serenity, color is driftwood. Did downward cap lights on all the railing posts, operated by remote, cellphone, or can set to come on when it turns dark. Did solid pvc board for skirting boxed out with pvc 1 by 4 and inside the 1 by 4 we put Basecamp for.a more refund look. We installed 2 gfci plugs on house for use in the back yard. We installed pavers at bottom of steps to driveway and a 4 ft. By 3 ft. Paver pad on the other set if steps. We also designed a yard drain for this customer because yard held alot of water, which we tied sump pump gutters, and the drain between the pavers and driveway into more pics to come
