Originally delivered to Canada as a float plane, CF-SLB spent years flying missions across British Columbia before being parked away for decades. When Arcus Aero found her, the goal wasn't simply to restore an aircraft. It was to preserve a story.

From a complete airframe restoration and modern avionics suite to a new powerplant, interior and award winning paint scheme, every detail was carefully considered. The result was N145JK, our company spec plane and the recipient of the 2023 EAA Vintage Contemporary Award at Oshkosh.

Every aircraft has a story.

Looking back through the restoration of N2232G, it's incredible to see just how far this aircraft came. What started as a project requiring countless hours of planning, craftsmanship and attention to detail is now an award winning aircraft we're proud to have been part of.

Restorations aren't built in a day. They're built one component, one decision and one hour at a time. This moment from the gear installation process is just one small piece of a much bigger story.
