From soaked and rotten floor and joists due to a broken sewer under the floor to a whole new floor, functional drainage and a new vanity in 3 days.. got it covered by the insurance company, customer got his money back and then some..

My latest pipe job, basement flooded, collapsed pipe under the floor, replaced the main with all the branch hook ups, and a new floor drain by the back door.. 3 days. We move fast around here..

That's what happens when you neglect your sewer by not having it rodded out once a year, a solid block of tree roots that were so strong they cracked right through the side of the clay sewer pipe... few thousand dollar mistake... just because you can't see your sewer, doesn't mean it's not there and doesn't need attention... the things people take for granted .. and this happens so much that I work seven days a week sometimes fixing these every day.. crazy

Tip: in a case of the temperature dropping below zero, make sure to leave a faucet running with just over a drip to keep it moving, moving water doesn't freeze, protects from having to replace a frozen break, which can be quite a headache..
