A customer called with a complaint of no hot water and heat on a Navien NCB-240. We showed up and diagnosed this issue. The customer thought it was 3 years old so we tried to cover it under warranty. The unit was outside of warranty, but we had the unit fixed within 24 hours because of Naviens extensive service boxes. Navien does a great job of providing their NSS techs (Navien Service Specialist) with service boxes to fix nearly any issue. We have all the service boxes to suit your needs. 🤗

It’s that time of year again! 2 Mitsubishi mini split installs in the books.

Mitsubishi was a pioneer of ductless cooling in the US. They build quality systems that are quiet and efficient compared to similarly priced competitors. One major difference is the dual barrier coating on the coils, made to withstand the harsh elements. They also come with a 10 year warranty. We use high quality linesets that also come with a 10 year warranty. No sense in using cheaper alternatives that don’t match your Mitsu warranty and are likely to leak!
