Repeat customer with my favorite...old farmhouse 😏.. This was originally multiple different spaces.There was a wall in between at some point...🤔Now it will be workout room, playroom, whatever is needed off the main living room...New LVP along with new pine baseboard and casing cut in the old farmhouse style,then painted white for a nice modern design. They have this old beveled mirror that I "framed" out with some barnwood scraps that have the same gray wash and white chips that match the space. Then hung a barn door at the entrance..big fan of how this turned out, but im biased🤷‍♂️

New LVP in the kitchen, dining, and hallway this visit... This is a rental so sometimes this is the best option dealing with living situations.Now they will move everything from the living room in here and the next visit, will be the rest of the space.. Covered the factory edge with a metal transition to protect it so I can continue with the pattern when I come back.

60" shower replacement in a rental in another old building on Main st in Brillion. Had to tap into my expanding problem solving skills with the vanity...the old one was a "built in place" panel thing to cover the exposed plumbing 🤨...but as always, made it work🙂

This is part of the current job i am on, this is a different room in the basement. New LVP flooring was needed since the fireplace has been removed, and they would just like to do some entertaining down here in a more welcoming space. Swapped out the ceiling tiles, which I discovered I do not like to do🤨, and did an upgrade on the stairs Adding the same flooring with flat black stair nose for a little contrast.

Multiple flooring types and levels now is joined everywhere, with no transitions.Always the best way to go😉

Partial Bath Remodel
This is a repeat customer. I did flooring in the main part of the house, now It was time to remove the tile that she has hated since they moved in and match existing lvp..new trim and mirror... There's always an issue when you remove tile because the entire floor drops down over an inch... So I had a little problem solving with the vanity, which was left up in the air, with legs. But some fancy trim and a little cussing took care of it😵‍💫

- 2 partial bath remodels with shower replacements-
This is a repeat customer and house, I did the flooring throughout 3 or so years ago. (No gaps anywhere 😏) Basement bath removed the shower and platform and set the new one on the concrete along with new flooring and drywalled the ceiling after tearing down the random pine and acoustic panels. Finished with new trim and wafer waterproof lights and vent.
Upstairs was a "normal" shower unit replacement with new vanity, toilet, towel bars etc. wall texture and primer.
