Finished this one up early this week. New tub and surround. New floors. New vanity, mirror, and light. New exhaust fan. New trim throughout the bathroom. New toilet. And a fresh paint job.

Proud of myself for this one.

•Removed the existing tub and shower walls.
•Removed old vanity, toilet, and laminate floor.
• Installed the new KOHLER Mariposa 72” X 36” Alcove Whirlpool Bath Tub
• Used a Wedi Shower System for waterproofing with a Wedi premade niche.
•Tiled the shower with a 3x12 polished ceramic tile using Ardex X5 thinset, and niche using a glass mosaic tile.
• Set the Schluter Ditra uncoupling mat with Schluter thinset.
• Tiled the floor with 8 X 8 hex tiles.
• Used a platinum grout on both the shower and the floor.
• Removed and trimmed the bottom of both doors so they swing freely
• Installed new baseboard
• Cleaned existing exhaust fan it was still very new
• Installed new vanity, light, and mirror
• Painted the ceilings walls and trim 2 coats each.
• Reinstalled old toilet

Replaced some plexi glass on this green house and replaced the PT deck board. Back to power wash and assess the finish of the deck in a few weeks.

Repaired some rotted trim around this door. Painted both the trim and the door. Give me a shout for your carpentry needs!

We removed the shower and demoed the floor and vanity before getting to take pics🤦🏼‍♂️

Installed an American Standard base and surround🛁

Tiled the floor🧱

Painted the walls 🎨

And installed a new vanity 🚰

I am extremely excited and proud to annouce that as of the first week of August I will be going out on my own as Nolin Heydt Building & Remodeling. This page has been a side business for me for the past 5 years with work spanning from painting - remodeling.

Brought some life to the exterior of a pool bathroom and patio area

Power washed the patio
Added a kick plate at the door
Added lattice
Sanded primed and painted the bulkhead
