We installed new tile flooring, a new Kohler bathtub and walls, made the ceiling flat, and added a new vanity, toilet, Panasonic exhaust with light, vanity light, fresh paint, and toilet topper. A little siding job we did. Customer had some damage from water and previous deck. We removed old T1-11 siding to find no plywood sheathing behind the siding. We installed new sheathing wrapped and waterproof with tyvek, then resided the whole side with new T1-11 and Azek trim around wimdows.

A customer experienced water damage, prompting us to replace cabinets and countertops, add a pantry, install an above-range microwave and dishwasher, and complete the project with new flooring and a fresh coat of paint. The garage had sustained water damage, resulting in missing sheetrock in certain areas, so we installed new drywall and seamlessly blended the popcorn texture with the surrounding walls.
