Dear valued customer,
We would first like to thank you for your continued support over the last 12 years with your lawn care needs. As a valuable customer, we would like to inform you of some changes happening this year.
After 12 years of owning and operating Hiscocks Enterprises Brandi and I would like to thank all our loyal customers for their business and friendships along the way. As some of you know I have had some medical issues and have decided to take a step back from the spraying and fertilization business. Although I won’t be operating the machines daily, I am committed to helping the two gentlemen that will be taking over the operation in making the transition as smooth as possible. These two gentlemen have a very similar background as me leading up to the time we started our business and we felt they would be a great choice in taking over the business. You will still be seeing a familiar face, as my dad will be helping get things transitioned over also.
Although Hiscocks Enterprises is no longer in service, please allow us to introduce the two gentlemen who will be taking over the lawn care services under the name Xtreme Turf, Ryan Ploeger and Caleb Dirksen.
Ryan Ploeger lives in Garner with his wife, Ashley, and their two-year-old son, Case. He has over ten years of experience making chemical and fertilizer recommendations to Ag producers. After graduating from UNI, Ryan spent eight years as an agronomist for Five Star Coop, and he currently works for Syngenta.
Caleb Dirksen lives in Garner with his wife, Morgan, and their beloved Golden Retriever, Bently. He also has over ten years of experience making chemical and fertilizer recommendations to Ag producers. After graduating from Universal Technical Institute, Caleb spent ten years as an agronomist/seed department manager for Five Star Coop, and he currently works for Becks Hybrids.
Ryan and Caleb’s number one focus for the transition, from Hiscocks Enterprises to Xtreme Turf, would be to ensure that all customers are satisfied with the services they are provided, and to make sure all services are completed in a timely manner. With their knowledge and experience involving chemicals and fertilizer, Xtreme Turf is sure to make the best recommendations for your lawn care needs!
We have included our lawn care package flyer with this letter to inform you of the services available to you as a previous customer of Hiscocks Enterprises. To make sure your lawn care needs are met in a timely manner, we would love to hear from you.
