Another one wrapped up for a great customer — and this is exactly why proper roofing work matters.

This started as a leak around the venting that was letting water work its way in. When we opened it up, there were multiple problem points — improper flashing, poor sealing, and areas that were guaranteed to fail over time.

We don’t patch problems halfway. We fix them the right way.

We removed and replaced the affected sections, installed proper underlayment, corrected the vent flashing, sealed everything correctly, and tied it all back into the existing roof so it looks clean and performs the way it should. Everything was installed to spec with proper fastening so there’s no guesswork and no callbacks.
