$22-$30 per hour based on experience

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for various landscaping tasks that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of gardens, lawns, and hardscapes.

Responsibilities:
- Execute mowing and lawn care activities to maintain healthy grass and landscapes.
- Utilize power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks, including trimming, edging, and pruning.
-Conduct tree care activities such as planting, pruning, and removal as needed.
- Assist in hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
-Provide general garden maintenance including weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs.
-Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills
- Experience with mowing equipment and lawn care practices.
- Familiarity with power tools used in landscaping tasks.
- Knowledge of landscape design principles and plant care.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ability to irrigate effectively using various systems.
- Experience in hardscape installation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
