Be wary of estimates that seem too low for your deck renovation. It is a meticulous job. Certain steps are indispensable, such as power washing, sanding, and replacing rotten boards.

To enhance protection and durability, we always apply a primer before the solid stain. All of this requires hard work and time; even so, we manage to complete most of our renovations in just one or two days—like the one in the video below, which was finished in 8 hours (excluding the washing).
