On Monday afternoon shortly after a record breaking snowfall rolled through the Twin Cities Metro, Derrell was out in Eagan, Minnesota on his way to service a
customer. While exiting from eastbound 494 he turned onto Pilot K**b Drive and headed southbound towards the customers house. While en route, he noticed a black pickup truck parked in the middle of the road. To the immediate right of said pickup truck he also saw a silver colored minivan stuck in the entrance of an adjacent business with the rear of the minivan exposed to on coming traffic. Without hesitation, Derrell parked and activated his amber flashing truck service lights. He grabbed a shovel & a bag of sand and headed towards the stuck minivan. He then began to assist the occupant of the minivan with shoveling out tires & deploying sand for equal traction. After a brief attempt, the minivan got stuck a second time. Derrell without hesitation went back to his service truck grabbed a second bag of sand and deployed it under and around the tires. After a quick secondary shovel, he directed the driver to back out. Successfully, the driver was able to get out of the entrance and out of direct oncoming traffic. After safely parking, the occupant then proceeded to thank Derrell for his generosity and his kindness. Offering him a lunch payment in return. At our core, we believe in community service and helping others in need. This is the foundation of our company. It’s coming 😁

First the big snow, then the big chill...but hope is on the way; the melt starts in the low 40s Wednesday and hits the upper 50s Friday and the 60s Saturday. Anyone seen my rubber boots?

WINTER STORM UPDATE: We will NOT be shoveling residential properties until the snow stops.

This will increase service response time to opening up driveways, please be patient!

This is the biggest storm of the season, your driveway WILL be done 😁

A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for Hennepin County from 7 pm March 14th until 7 am March 16th. Heavy snow accumulations of 10-16in totals up to 20in. Rates of 2in per hour possible. Winds at 20-30mph increasing to 45 mph. Blizzard conditions will make travel very difficult. The snowpack will be wet and heavy leading to the potential for infrastructure damage and health hazards for those shoveling.
