We’ll always be a little bit goth, as evidenced in this powder room from our Warren St. project. Corner sinks are an excellent solution in a small space and are always a bit of a surprise—and we like to keep you on your toes. The stainless steel basin is off set by a marble countertop and waxed plaster walls. The Paolo Venini Italian Murano glass “Incise” bottle and antique forged steel candleholders nod to our philosophy of always combining new with the old and unexpected.

For us, it’s all about the feeling you get when you walk into a room. From the custom paint color, to the golden mulberry silk velvet bedcover, to the client’s own Frank Lloyd Wright Barrel Chair, no small detail was overlooked in this primary suite. The star of the show is Nima Jeizan’s “Sturgina” (2025), made from sturgeon hide and hand-dyed pistachio shells, which rests atop Caroline Kable’s hammered metal and recycled wood side table. TBH this is one of our favorite rooms we’ve ever done.

The bar we made for the Warren St. Project started as a utility closet. We transformed it into a slender column cabinet faced in Shou Sugi Ban Oak and backed in custom-antiqued mirror panels, silvered and patinated by hand, spending a week at a glass fabrication studio coaxing chemical reactions and gold leaf into exactly the surface we had in mind.

Our Chastity Sconce, stainless steel with hand-blown bronze glass, hangs on the adjacent wall and throws the bar in warm amber glow.

“The Chastity Lite (The Little Keeper)” is a design object with function, mischief, and a secret life after dark. Equal parts humor, elegance, and restraint, it turns the wall outlet into a tiny stage where control, comfort, and curiosity meet.

We are thrilled to exhibit this unique piece created for DUDD LITE, an exhibition of creative nightlights from around the world. Curated by JONALDUDD and on view through the summer at The Future Perfect.

Materials: Electroplated 3D Printed Resin, mirror acrylic, ABS, E26 Edison Tube Bulb.

Dimensions: 4” x 3” x 3”

Our Belial counterstools are right at home in this clean, modern kitchen that we designed for a dear client. Not only do we love the opportunity to include our bespoke furniture designs into our projects, but we love sourcing from other artists. Flanking the window are Callidus Guild’s Puffy Mirror I and II — an example of just that.

We are pleased to announce our participation in Safe & Sound, a group exhibition at Leroy Street Studios during NYCxDESIGN, exploring objects of care, designed by architect-makers.

We will be exhibiting our Bryophyte Pedastal Table, which offers comfort through contrast; pairing a minimal reflective steel monolithic exterior with a protected, living moss environment held beneath glass. The interior landscape cannot be touched, only observed, creating a sense of quiet distance that preserves and shelters what is inside.

Comfort expressed here emerges not through softness alone, but through protection. The sense that something delicate is being held, cared for, and allowed to exist undisturbed within the home.

Transient spaces provide opportunities for design that are often times over looked. In this adjoining room, Nima Jeizan’s “Husk II” takes the spotlight (literally thanks to the architecture) along with a marble center table topped with sculptural dried flowers, with the primary suite beyond.

Introducing our Warren Street project.

When a client acquired their penthouse in one of Boerum Hill’s most architecturally ambitious new buildings, designed by SO-IL, they asked us to bring the interior to life. Rather than soften or conceal the building’s raw concrete and prismatic light, we leaned into it, layering warmth, texture, and a collector’s eye for objects with material and visual strength.

Getting out ahead of NYCxDesign Week, we are showing the second edition of our Téssara Aktís Desk Lamp for the 6th Lamp Show, co-curated by

The Téssara Aktís Desk Lamp highlights the deceptive complexity of a cube. When folded and closed, its edges are illuminated, and when opened, the light is revealed and is reflected in its interior mirror-polished faces. Téssara Aktís refers to the origins of the word tesseract, derived from the Greek téssara (‘four’) and aktís (‘ray’) and referring to the four edges that join each vertex to other vertices.

On view and available to purchase starting May 9th, 12pm - 10pm at BOOM at The Standard Highline.

Multifunctional rooms are almost a requirement when you’re living in the city. This kitchenette serves as a second area for cooking, a laundry room, a wine cellar, and, since it’s located just steps from the primary bedroom, a convenient place to make tea while starting the day.

“Shelf Mirror” by Bower Studios; Nhãn Bud Vase by Vy Voi; “Chainsaw Stool” by Fort Standard; Ceramic pitcher by Erin Roberts; Custom fumed and burned oak cabinetry and river washed granite countertops and backsplash.
