The last contractor stuffed Styrofoam in the wall and called it done. 🚫 We came in, opened it up, found the real problem, and waterproofed it the right way.

This is what happens when someone cuts corners — you end up paying twice. Now the homeowner never has to think about it again. 💧🔨

This is how we prepare for every project. 📐 Before a single tool comes out, we walk the space with the client and the designer — going over the layout together, talking through what stays and what changes, and answering every question before the work begins.

We’d rather spend the extra time here than have our client find out something wasn’t what they pictured halfway through. When everyone leaves that walkthrough on the same page, the whole project runs smoother — and the finished result is exactly what they asked for. 🔨
