Behind every great crew is someone making sure everything runs smoothly.
For FRSR, that person is Janet.
While our crews are out across the Front Range building stamped concrete patios, installing artificial turf, and creating outdoor spaces for families to enjoy, Janet is here at what we like to call the FRSR command center making sure everything keeps moving.
This desk is where the schedules come together.
Where projects get coordinated.
Where questions get answered.
And where the countless details that keep a company running get handled every single day.
Janet is the voice many of our customers first hear when they call. She manages communication, helps keep projects organized, and makes sure the right information gets to the right place at the right time.
She also handles something that isn’t always easy — the excited customers, the questions, and sometimes the frustrated calls. Janet handles all of it with patience, professionalism, and more grace than most people could manage.
The truth is, without Janet the wheels of FRSR would come to a halt.
She is the eyes, ears, and heartbeat of the office that keeps this company moving forward every single day.
And I’ll be the first to admit… she also has the very difficult job of putting up with me. That alone probably earns her a fast pass to the ultra-VIP section of heaven.
But jokes aside, Janet is an incredible part of this company and we are beyond grateful for everything she does for our crews and our customers.
