SERVICE MATTERS!!!

When seaching for a company for your Retractable Motorized Screens, PLEASE do your research on the companies before you start calling the numbers you see pop up on Google first or trusting the referral from a neighbor or friend that just got a screen system installed! Take time and Read Facebook and Google Reviews and please save yourself a future headache!

Any and all Motorized and retractable products will indeed at some point need servicing by a professional and the company you decide to go with for installation should be the same company you can call and rely on to come out to service your systems in a timely manner!

Don't let money steer you in the wrong direction when trying to decide who to go with because spending a few extra dollars upfront with a local trusted Company is MUCH BETTER than having the company you used leave you hanging when your screen system needs servicing! Always remember the saying (You get what you pay for!)

Its sad to say this but there is more and more companies that are advertising local and selling retractable screens and are not trustworthy or have no track record and only trying to make a quick sale with no intention of ever coming back to service your retractable systems!

We get calls at least once a week that isn't even a past customer but can't get help from the original installer! Its furstrating for them and I personally understand there furstration!

At Southern Style Screens LLC we do our best to help every customer out and get them up and running. In some cases unfortunately, we can't get the proper parts for that brand of shade because we aren't certified dealers for that particular shade system. So just BEWARE of these types of issues before making a decision on what company to trust to install your Retractable Screen, shutter, and awning Systems!

Also, please be sure to go with a Company that specializes in this particular line of work! I wouldn't hire a gutter company or A landscape company to install my motorized screens! Its not A DIY process!
