Another monster floor, with monster prep. This clients CARPETED basement FLOODED with sewer water. He ripped the carpet out, called us, and we hooked him up with the following:

✅ Full grind and prep work
✅ Filled all cracks and even an absolute crater
✅ Filled all carpet holes
✅ Vacuumed the entire surface
✅ Laid down Moisture V***r Barrier
✅ Laid down epoxy
✅ Flaked entire floor
✅ Laid down Poly topcoat

DONE. COMPLETE. Well worth it. 😎

This one here was a MONSTER in terms of the prep needed. We did the following:

✅ Degreased Entire Floor
✅ One Pass of 30 Grit
✅ Second Pass of 70 Grit
✅ Hit all the edges
✅ Vacuumed all the dust
✅ Laid on first coat of sealer
✅ Laid on second coat of sealer

COMPLETE. Wonderful transformation and so happy we could turn this restaurant around as it has major fire and grease damage from a few months prior. So happy with this one and definitely our best floor.

We continue to break into the commercial space, get at us and we can make this happen for you. 😎
