Today’s work!!!! Changing some vents!!! These kind of jobs are really fun as they give me a break from the roofing and fencing work.

Retro fitting vents are a mix of duct work, electrical work, framing and occasionally some kind of finish work like texturing or some trim work.

A lot of times you might find a guy who can put in the vent but cant sheet rock or frame it in. Jay will be coming back to Install a star-link system as well as put a trim or sheet rock to fill in any gaps around the new vents.

Jay is very well rounded and an expert in many trades and is a great fit for this community.

We are currently looking to fill our schedule for the 3rd and 4th week of June.
If you guys need any kind of home improvement work, whether it’s outside lawn care or any property needs, we are your one stop shop for anything that may pop up on your property.

A little bit of stain work:

We did some work for a frequent customer who is thinking of selling their home. We previously stained and filled some holes on the siding up on a higher section of the house. They were happy with the results and they ask us to come back and stain some other parts that needed some tlc.

Waterline repair:

It was a beautiful day down in loma rica. I got called out to repair a broken waterline in a huge field for grazing buffaloes 🐃. The customer had the hole 🕳️ dugout already 💪🏽 and also had all the parts which makes things easier for all parties involved. Below are some pictures of the work that was preformed. We are confident in the work we do so we gave this customer a 2 week guarantee for any issues that may arise with the parts we installed.

Roof maintenance: Part 2

Did some roof maintenance these last two days. Customer wants to sell her house soon and needed to address some things concerning the roof to the house and to the add on.
The roof all around needed to be blown off of leaves and debris. Once cleaned I was able to see where a leak was coming through a pipe pe*******on as well as another place on the add on which was missing a piece of “roof to wall” flashing. I also added a few rows of metal roofing screws with the waterproof washer to tighten up big gap in the metal panels that were caused by lack of screws.

Ranch hand services:

This was the second job of the day… I had come in the day before to set the post in concrete. The old post rotted making the gate unusable. I installed a new post and new hardware as the hardware usually snaps when it’s old and you try to re-use it. In my experience in hanging gates, the bolts that go all the way through the post are the way to go, as they have nuts and washers on both sides of the post making a stronger hanger for the gate.
Hanging the gate took about 30 minutes… video was edited and sped up for post… hope you guys like it.
