We’re deep into one of our favorite kinds of projects. A brand new 5,000+ sq ft custom home build, and the crew has been busy getting every inch of it dialed in before the color goes on.

Every wall and ceiling has been fully primed and coated: including two vaulted ceilings that push past 20 feet. The scissor lift has been earning its keep this week. Over 50 gallons of primer and paint in already, and we’re just getting started.

Now comes the part we love most. Wall color goes on next, and this home is about to come to life. Every wall will be finished with Sherwin-Williams Emerald — because when someone builds a home like this, they deserve paint that’s built to match it.

Another transformation completed for a repeat client in Sackets Harbor ✔️

We were asked back to help update the master suite and eliminate several green tones throughout the space to create a cleaner, brighter, more timeless feel. After discussing options, the client chose Benjamin Moore White Dove, and it quickly became a new favorite.

The finished result completely refreshed the space and gave it a much more open and inviting feel. Projects like this are why we love what we do, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to continue working with such great clients in such a beautiful home. We hope to be back again in the future to help with additional projects.

Another beautiful project wrapped up right here in Clayton, NY 👏🏼

This homeowner was heading out on vacation and decided it was the perfect time to freshen up their space…and we couldn’t agree more. While they were away, we were able to move freely, prep properly, and give their home the full attention it deserves.

Now they get to come back to a freshly painted home that feels clean, refreshed, and completely renewed. There’s nothing better than walking into that crisp, updated look after time away.

Things are moving right along out here in Clayton.

In just a few short days we’ve completed full prep, drywall repairs, patching, priming, ceilings, and a portion of the trim and door work. Proper preparation is what separates an average paint job from a high quality finish, and we take that process seriously on every project.

Big shoutout to Radley Construction & Remodeling for coming through on some significant drywall repairs and helping keep this project moving smoothly.

Snowy days are perfect for rolling ceilings and that’s exactly what we were doing in this beautiful Wellesley Island home.

Vaulted ceilings like these are no joke definitely a solid shoulder workout rolling all day 💪😅 but the results are always worth it. It’s honestly crazy what a fresh coat of ceiling paint can do to brighten and completely freshen up a space. Everything just feels cleaner lighter and more finished once those ceilings are done right.

Now for the after photos, what a transformation.

These wonderful homeowners purchased this house sight unseen, and unfortunately it wasn’t in the condition they had hoped for when they finally walked through the door. Worn finishes, tired surfaces, and years of neglect had taken their toll.

Our team at North Country Painters had the opportunity to bring this home back to life, resetting the space, restoring its character, and giving it the fresh start it truly deserved. The difference speaks for itself.

It was an absolute pleasure working with such kind, trusting clients and helping turn a stressful situation into something they can finally feel proud of and excited about. This is exactly why we do what we do.
