Here's a little project we took on to help a customer get ahead on a remodel. There was so much termite and water damage they didn't know where to begin. We came in and ripped out the rotted wood and drywall. Replaced and releveled the flooring/subflooring, studs, and drywall. Insulated a few exterior walls that we had exposed, moved a few windows and installed a few new ones as well. We were blessed to be apart of this project and wish we could have gotten the chance to see it all the way through the remodel but the budget wouldn't allow us to see it through which is why the property owners decided to finish it out themselves. If you have a project you want a head start on, give us a shout. We love to help as much as we can, and will work with your budget as much as possible. We aren't trying to get rich off of 1 job, we want our customers feeling that they got MORE than what they paid for! Give us a call, we would love to come give you a free estimate on remodeling, welding, fencing, or even yard maintenance!

It has been a busy week for Xotic Exteriors! We would like to thank Barbara Goolsby for trusting us with a few projects for her. First, we refinished her front and back deck. It had settled over the years and needed leveled, as well as several boards replaced.
Next, Ms. Goolsby had us replace the floor of her trailer. It looks brand new and is ready to haul anything!
