It’s been a hot minute since we’ve posted anything so I hope y’all enjoy. It’s not buttoned up completely but it’s on the homestretch. The home owners in Granbury Tx have been amazing and we @ 3B Construction, LLC have been honored to serve them. It’s always nice when the home owner has a plan or theme in mind because it allows us to help transform their home in a way that serves them better than before. It is of upmost importance that our interpretation of their vision is a direct reflection of the families we are blessed to serve. What’s your favorite part about a German smear/mortar wash? Ours is how it can completely transform the entire look of a room. We want to hear from you! This one needs to be trimmed out on the sides but this beauty is nearly complete! Call us to give your fireplace an update!!

This house belongs to Central Texas Opportunities out of Coleman, Texas. They are an organization that is investing and restoring the local homes in the community. They are giving low income families a second chance by allowing them to purchase homes like this and have a stake in their own community. 3B Construction would like to thank Richard Penn and everyone at CTO and look forward to working with them in the future. This home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It has all new electric and plumbing. This home was restored from the studs. New Sheetrock, taped, bed and textured, new paint, new door faces and hardware, new flooring for the kitchen, concrete countertops, new doors throughout with hardware, and kept some of the original built ins and restored them. Been a while since we have posted any pictures or updates regarding jobs we have begun. We hope you and your families have had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We wish you all the best from our family to yours. Below is a wood island top that was custom built on site and is sanded but hasn’t been stained yet with custom cabinets as well. We look forward to sharing a final photo once the granite, floors, crown and fixtures are installed. Stay tuned. 2019 is going to a be a year to remember and we look forward to sharing it with all of you. Be safe in your travels and we thank each and everyone of you for the support over the course of 2018.
