Huge 1st day of install. We will have 90% of the 2nd story completed by tomorrow. I have to give a special shout out to Brian Hannum and the "Brooklyn Boys" for coming down here and assisting with the install today and tomorrow. We will be at nearly 5,000 sqft in 2 days!

Finally getting over to our next bank, close to 5,000 sqft. Got our corridor which separates the offices prepped along with 1 room. Maeve Sobiski was able to get there yesterday to prep 2 room. On-site today John Dickson.

We installed Goodwill's "specd" material a little over a month ago. I warned them and the contractor that the Traffic Master they had chosen from Home Depot was terrible and would fail. It did. You could actually see light through it and they had drywall finishers in after the floor was installed. The drywall dust settled through the material and killed the glue. Luckily the contractor backed me 100% on my recommendation for the alternate. Even then we got 1 bad box from Shaw and were 4 tiles short. We'll order 1 box Monday and swing out to swap the last 4 tile out soon as it comes in. On-site today Maeve Sobiski and John Dickson.

I showed up to our game in Independence, Ohio today and saw the boys 2026 banner for the first time. It is so amazing to be a sponsor and watch all these kids develop as ballplayers and young men. Hats off to their coaching staff. Week in and week out the boys play hard and never quit. ⚾️💙💚
