This is a deck railing renovation we performed! Original railings were composite and were tired boss! Replaced them with brand new RDI Avalon railings in Black aluminum, with a beautiful Pellinore top! We also did a black vynil lattice underneath, which will get finished with black vynil channel!

Sometimes jobs can grow and change! What started off as a 2 story deck ended up including a front entrance, and an entire new picket fence! Was super pleased that the client humored me and kept the black spiral staircase -- what an accent!

TimberTech decking was used in Maritime Grey, and Espresso borders and fascia! Beautiful Avalon series railings in Black Aluminum to tie everything together! Lumber supplied by 84 Lumber Company who were stellar with the staggered deliveries i requested!
