⭐️ ABOUT THIS JOB

• First, I sand the existing paint with a fine grade sandpaper.

• Next, I fill any holes and apply a smooth layer of mud on any uneven sections along the walls.

• Then, I sand the walls a second time with an extremely fine grade sandpaper to ensure every area is even and without blemish, then wipe the dust away before applying primer.

• Usually I just apply primer to the areas that have mud, but just for good measure I have decided to paint all the walls in this bathroom with primer before painting in order to prevent any old moisture stains from seeping through.

• Last, paint will be applied for a smooth finish that’s sure to be radiant for years to come because the foundation was properly prepped. 👍

• This job consisted of drywall prep/mudding and primer before two layers of paint on the walls.
• The ceiling also required drywall patching in various places where I matched the ceiling texture using a mud technique before applying prime and paint.
• The paint colors and finishes were matched to the original paint as requested by the client.

☀️ Did I just paint a metal storm door and metal front door? Yes, I most certainly did! Sunshine Painting can restore what the sun has weathered through several steps prepping this old foundation for a flawless finish using a paint spray gun. Looks brand new and is now ready to welcome guests into this beautiful tabby home in River Ridge.

🖼️ Though the exterior trim surrounding the door was not requested to be painted or included in this contract, I noticed it could use the same attention, so it was added at no additional cost as a beautifully refreshed frame surrounding this work of art!
