Customer states that the bonus room is consistently hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Other companies have suggested that a separate unit is required for the bonus room. However, simply adding more air will not resolve the issue unless the underlying problem is addressed. To eliminate the thermal belt effect, it is necessary to encapsulate the vertical insulation and seal the area under the floor.
