This place had SEVERAL remodels over the last several decades culminating to lots of rot, roof leaks, termites, and finally a fire. Getting it all back together.

Follow up on that unfinished wall. Door took 2 months to deliver and 2 hrs to install and trim out.
Mini split next to keep it too cool for school.

More fun triple digit doggie yards. 🥵 They do turn out cool though.

Lent a helping hand to on a pretty sweet doggy paradise including ingroud pop up sprayers to cool off the hot boi pup Mr. Max.
Synthetic turf is virtually zero maintenance and stays green year round!
Can also be done for putting and chipping greens as well.
