Be at least 18 years
-Have a valid drivers license

-Experience not necessary but is a plus

-Bilingual English/Spanish not necessary but is a plus

Duties include:
-Traveling between commercial and residential properties

-Maintain properties(trimming, raking, blowing, picking up trash, w**d control, etc)

-Maintaining irrigation systems

-Special projects(pavers, new sod, landscape removal, etc)
