This is a 100+ year old house we tore the roof off of, tore the existing sub floor and added new trusses, installed a new subfloor from advantech with advantech subfloor glue laid on thick.

We then framed new second story walls with gables attached.
In another week or so. the Lowell And Son siding crew will be hard at work making this dream become a reality while they add the finishing touches to the exterior.
