Painting day here at the Glenview house. They went with a satin black for the soffit and facia, to accent the black metal roof that will be put on at a later date.

We think next to the white stucco and the stained tongue and groove ceilings will make it pop.

We are also adding a front vaulted pop out with large beams matching the stained ceiling to the entry way. An awning over the office window, and wood shutters to all the windows.

This modern farm house is coming together little by little.
