Aubrey Hall was forced into early retirement from the Fire Department after an injury. He chose to pursue his dream of opening his own brewery. A LT28 sawmill allowed him to mill all the lumber he needed (except the trusses) out of beetle kill pine from a nearby county. He built the entire 5780 sq ft building on his own over a period of 14 months. Aubrey and his girlfriend Sara look are close to opening day! Check out their website at www.hallbrewingco.com.
