This week, we had the opportunity to host an appreciation lunch at our Rock Run Collection project in Joliet as a way to recognize and thank the teams currently working on-site.

Nothing is slowing down for PREMIER Design + Build Group in 2026. We’re excited to announce the relocation of our Downtown Chicago office to 333 W. Wacker Drive, a strategic move that strengthens our presence in the heart of the city.

Designed to better support Chicago’s evolving urban construction needs, the new office will serve projects ranging from office buildings and public works to complex commercial developments. Nothing like celebrating a precast party! Our Eastern Region team joined Saxum Real Estate and Penwood Real Estate Investment Management, LLC for a special panel signing at 7 Campus Drive in Parsippany, NJ, marking an exciting milestone for both the project and partnerships. The 128,150 SF warehouse facility is on track to be delivered in Q4 2026. Stay tuned for more updates!
