Breaking ground on the future of manufacturing.

We're excited to officially kick off construction on Linx Global's new headquarters in Niles, Illinois, an 82,125 SF state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 lights-out smart factory designed to drive innovation and efficiency for years to come.

The groundbreaking celebration was as memorable as the project itself, bringing together partners, stakeholders, and community leaders for an afternoon of fun with an on-site shrimp boil, a chipping contest, and other games. It was the perfect way to celebrate the start of something extraordinary.

Proud to partner with the Village of Niles, Heitman Architects, Spaceco Inc., MK Industries Inc., Swift Structural Design, and Connelly Electric. Substantial completion anticipated Q1 2027.

Big things are happening in Des Plaines. We hosted our client, Seefried Properties, project partners, and the Village of Des Plaines to celebrate the groundbreaking of O'Hare Logistics Center Buildings 17, 18 & 19, three Class A industrial facilities just North of O'Hare International Airport.

Building 17: 106,756 SF | 22 dock doors | 2 drive-in doors
Building 18: 152,820 SF | 34 dock doors | 2 drive-in doors
Building 19: 260,400 SF | 49 dock doors | 2 drive-in doors

What an incredible couple of days in the Northern Nevada desert! Our team was proud to participate in the Victory Loop event at Victory Logistics District and honored to serve as the headline sponsor of this unforgettable adventure hosted by Mark IV Capital.
