“Maybe my favorite color explains a LOT about the way I design…” 💚

Good Sunday morning, friends! 💚

Here’s a little peek into the psychology behind my favorite color—and honestly, this Reel may explain a little more about me than I expected. 😂

Green has always been one of my favorite colors to design with. It represents growth, balance, renewal, peace, and even ambition… and when I think about the way I approach design, I can definitely see the connection.

This kitchen is one you’ve seen me share before, but what I love about it is that it wasn’t designed around my personal style. It was designed specifically with the homeowners, their lifestyle, and the way they wanted their home to feel in mind.

But yes… I absolutely loved getting to incorporate GREEN. 💚

Because great design isn’t about choosing what the designer loves. It’s about creating a space that feels like YOU—while still bringing a little bit of the designer’s magic to the room.

So tell me…

What’s YOUR favorite color? And do you think it says something about your personality? 👇🏽

Happy Sunday! 💚

Most people see the finished room.

What they don’t see are the hours spent planning, refining, and ensuring every detail works together before the transformation begins.

These mood boards and 3D renderings are where the vision comes to life. They allow my clients to see their future space before a single piece of furniture is ordered or a wall is painted.

Good design isn’t just about making a room look beautiful—it’s about creating a home that feels intentional, functional, and uniquely yours.

This is the part of the process I love most: turning ideas into a clear vision.

Which space would you most love to see brought to life?

POV: You became an interior designer because decorating was cheaper than therapy... until it became your career. 😂
If decorating were an Olympic sport... I’d at least make the finals. 😂

Yes, I love finding beautiful furniture, lighting, and accessories—but the real magic isn’t spending money.

It’s knowing where to spend it.

A designer’s job isn’t to fill a room with expensive things. It’s to create a home that feels intentional, functions beautifully, and reflects the people who live there.

So yes... I may be good at decorating.
And yes... I may enjoy shopping a little too much. 🤭

But every purchase has a purpose.

Tell me... what’s the one home item you can never resist buying? 👇

“I didn’t become an interior designer... I just never stopped being the little girl who loved creating beautiful spaces.

Some people dreamed of becoming doctors, lawyers, or teachers.

Me? I just wanted to make every space feel beautiful.

As a little girl, I was constantly moving furniture, creating things out of almost nothing, and seeing possibilities where other people didn’t. People would always ask, “Where did you come up with that?” I didn’t have an answer—I just loved doing it.

I still remember someone saying, “You should be an interior decorator.” At the time, I didn’t even know what that meant.

So I started with my tiny one-bedroom apartment. Then I transformed my parents’ home—covering their dining room walls with wallpaper I made from brown paper bags and creating a textured kitchen wall using tissue paper. Looking back, it sounds crazy... but I saw a vision, and somehow it worked.

Eventually I bought my own fixer-upper, and that’s when everything clicked. Room by room, I transformed it into a home I was proud of.

Looking back now, I realize I wasn’t finding my passion—I was simply returning to what had always been there.

Sometimes the things you loved at 10 years old were quietly pointing you toward the life you were meant to build.

✨ What did you love doing as a kid? I’d love to hear your story.

“Your living room doesn’t feel off because you chose the wrong pillows...”

Have you ever looked around your living room and thought, “Something still isn’t right”?

Most people assume they need more decor, different furniture, or new accessories.

But in many cases, the problem isn’t the decorating—it’s the planning.

Before I think about pillows, artwork, or styling, I ask one important question:

✨ What is this room meant to do?

Is it a space for family movie nights?
A place to host friends?
A room designed for conversation?

When the furniture layout supports the room’s purpose, everything else starts to fall into place. The room feels more inviting, more functional, and yes—even more beautiful.

Good design isn’t about filling a room with things.
It’s about creating a space that works for the way you live.

Tell me—have you ever decorated a room and still felt like something was missing?

Me: This kitchen makeover will be easy “
The kitchen: Hold my coffee.”☕️

“This audio says it all!” Turn on your audio for this one.

What you don’t see in the final reveal are all the little setbacks along the way.

The new cabinet k***s didn’t fit, so I spray-painted the old ones and made them work.

The wallpaper tested every ounce of my patience.

There were days I questioned my decisions, days I wanted to walk away, and days when nothing seemed to go according to plan.

But that’s the thing about creating a home you love—sometimes the magic happens when you pivot instead of quit.

Every challenge became part of the story, and every workaround brought me one step closer to the space I envisioned.

Design isn’t always perfect. It’s persistence, creativity, and a little stubbornness.

And honestly? That’s what makes the finished result even sweeter. ✨

Have you ever started a project that fought you every step of the way?

🚫 The biggest decorating mistake I see?

Buying first. Measuring later.

Trust me—scale can make or break a room. That gorgeous sofa isn’t so gorgeous when it blocks the walkway.

Measure twice. Buy once. ✨

Happy Friday! 🎉
At this point, everything I want is either:
🚗 $1,000
✈️ 1,000 miles away
🥧 1,000 calories

The struggle is real. 😂

Anyone else? 🙋‍♀️

Dreaming of a bathroom refresh? Here’s a peek at what’s currently on my design board.
One thing I love about design is that every project starts with a vision.

These bathroom concepts are still in progress, but this is where the magic begins—carefully selecting materials, layouts, colors, and details that will eventually become someone’s everyday retreat.

Worry Less. Live Beautifully. 🤍
