The current house manager of 1925 F Street in Washington, DC came across HABS drawings I did of the house in 1976 in my final semester at UVA. At the time the house was owned by the 1925 F Street Club. It is now owned by George Washington University, serving as the university president's house. It was so intersting to see these old measured drawings and to recall the good times visiting there and taking the measurements.

The transformation of a former motorcycle club into a multi-ethnic church with a mainly Congolese congregation is making progress in Riverside. Eventually the blocked up windows on the left will be opened back up so there will be plenty of natural light in the space.
