Tom at AdemcoAlarm is now like a friend. We inherited an Ademco alarm system when we bought our home and knew nothing about the system. Luckily, I found ADEMCOALARM on the internet and contacted them. Tom was on vacation and still spent hours on the phone and numerous e-mails walking me through the system and helping me solve problems with the system ........ all at no charge. I ordered a new wireless Board, wireless keypad and some motion detectors. Tom shipped them quickly and at a very reasonable price. He even included a manual for my system.
Tom has continued tocall and e-mail me while I installed these upgrades and my alarm system is now working great. If you need help with any alarm system, I would highly recommend these guys as the are VERY professional, dedicated to serving anyone that contacts them and amazing at working remotely and patiently with any client. Thanks Tom!

Excellent customer service and good pricing. Tom and Gene and both are very honest and skilled with a lot of experience in many different security systems! We would use them again for sure!

Gene, one of the owners came out to my house at 5 pm on a Saturday, found the problem, supplied and installed the large battery to the main system and helped me by phone later on when some issues with some of the stations arose. He told me to call at any time for assistance! All for $40.00. He is a very nice and humorous person as well. Can't say enough good about him and his service.
